How it rolls.

Launch a coin through fluke and its creator is its pot. Every creator fee the coin earns lands there, and every hour one die decides where the pot goes. Six faces, same odds, and a block nobody knows in advance.

Hold through :45

You are in the draw for 2 and 3.

A bigger bag is a bigger share on a 2, and a bigger chance on a 3. Your bag counts with the smaller of its size at the doors and at the roll.

Buy last before :00

You take the hot seat.

The newest buy of 0.05 SOL or more before the roll holds the seat. If the die lands on 6, the whole pot is yours.

Just hold

A 1 buys your coin back and burns it.

A 5 lets the pot grow, so the next roll is bigger. A 4 burns $FLUKE.

Nobody knows the block. Not even us.

    Doors close

    Every holder of every coin is read. A bag bought after this only plays for face 6.

    Lock

    Fees are collected into each pot, holders are read again, the last buyer is found. Only then is the deciding block named: 32 slots ahead, a block that does not exist yet.

    Roll

    That block's hash, the coin and the round go into SHA-256, and the number picks the face. The action is sent from the pot and linked from the roll.

    One transaction from your wallet, about 0.013 SOL plus any first buy. It is a normal pump.fun coin, tradable everywhere.

    The coin’s creator is its pot, so every trade feeds it. It rolls from the next round on, every hour.

The fine print

Who holds the pots?
Each coin's pot is its own Solana wallet, set as the coin's creator on pump.fun. fluke derives its key and signs the rolls with it. Every SOL that moves is a public transaction.
Small pots
A pot under 0.01 SOL sits the roll out and keeps growing. A share under 0.001 SOL stays in the pot. 0.003 SOL stays in each pot wallet for network fees.
Nothing to act on
A 6 with no qualifying buy, a 2 or 3 with nobody holding through the doors, or a 4 before $FLUKE is live: the pot grows instead, and the roll says why.
fluke's cut
None: 100% of every creator fee goes into the pot.
A missed round
If the server is not up within 3 minutes of a roll, that round is skipped rather than locked late, and every pot carries over.

The face comes from a Solana block named only after everything is locked. Recompute any roll in your browser on Provably fair.
